Alex Noren Puts In New Epic Flash 3-Wood

This week at the WGC Bridgestone Invitational, Callaway staffer Alex Noren put in a new Epic Flash Fairway Wood (13.5*) in place of the Rogue 3-wood that had been in his bag. Noren likes the ball flight trajectories of his new Epic Flash 3-wood, and it’s a club he’s relied on this week as he’s moved into contention in Memphis. The Epic Flash Fairway Woods feature our most innovative ball speed technologies: Flash Face, Face Cup, and Jailbreak – to promote more distance for every type of player. Noren also recently switched into Apex Pro 19 Irons (from Apex 16 Irons) last week at The Open, and he’s having a strong week in SG: Approach to the Green and Greens in Regulation.

Epic Flash Driver Wins LPGA Major

An Epic Flash Sub Zero Driver won the LPGA major today at the Evian Masters, and once again Epic Flash was the #1 driver model by far at the event. Callaway continues to be the #1 driver and Epic Flash continues to be the #1 driver model at every LPGA event this year. Epic Flash has also helped Callaway become the #1 driver brand across the major worldwide Tours this year.

Odyssey Dominates Two More Major Counts

Odyssey ran away with two more major putter counts this week at the Evian Championship and the Senior Open Championship. At the Evian Championship there were 48 Odyssey putters in play and no other brand had more than 21 while on the Champions Tour, Odyssey had 61 putters in play and no other brand had more than 27! The #1 Putter in Golf has now gone a perfect 13-for-13 in major putter count wins this year across the PGA, LPGA, and Champions Tours. We’re also the #1 Putter this week on EVERY major worldwide Tour. And right now on the Champions Tour, an Odyssey Putter is in the lead as they come down the final stretch.

Callaway Drivers Dominate Both Major Counts

Callaway is the #1 Driver brand by far this week at both majors with 51 in play at the Senior Open Championship (no other brand has more than 29), and #1 by far at the Evian Championship. And most of the players who are using at these events are non-staffers who choose to use our drivers simply based on performance.
