His Putter

Xander first put his Odyssey Stroke Lab Tuttle into play at the U.S. Open, and he finished in the top-5 that week at Pebble Beach. Xander has been using a Stroke Lab shaft in his putter since the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play in March, and he likes how the innovative multi-material shaft has helped to improve his stroke. He tested the Tuttle head extensively during U.S. Open week and he likes how the three lines are designed all the way from the front to the back of the putter head to help frame the ball for the proper setup and better alignment. He’s 3rd in the field this week in Putts Per GIR.

His Irons

Schauffele is playing a prototype of the Apex Pro 19 Irons, and he’s used these irons since the end of last season and during his WGC win during the fall series, and they were in his bag for his win at Kapalua in January. Xander has said that the weighting through the turf feels great for him, regardless of the course conditions. He also likes the thin topline and the leading edge on the iron, and he’s very comfortable with the distance consistency, the window of the ball flight, and how he can shape shots. He’s leading the field in Strokes Gained – Approach To The Green and is currently T1 in GIR.

His Driver

Xander currently rankings 5th in the field in drivingg distance with his Epic Flash Sub Zero Driver. Epic Flash Drivers feature our new Flash Face Technology, which we created using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning – a field of computer science that uses statistical techniques to give computer systems the ability to “learn” with data without being explicitly programmed – to promote faster ball speeds for more distance. Epic Flash also continues to be the #1 driver model in the U.S., per Golf Datatech.

His Golf Ball

Xander continues to play a Chrome Soft X Golf Ball on Tour and he’s commented how he likes the ball speeds off the tee along with the feel and control he gets around the green.

Xander Makes Ace With Apex Pro And Chrome Soft X

Xander made a hole-in-one at East Lake this morning using an Apex Pro 19 Prototype 5-iron and a Chrome Soft X Golf Ball. As we mentioned, he’s having a tremendous week with his irons, leading the field in Strokes Gained – Approach To The Green.

Erik Van Rooyen WITB – Scandanavian Invitation

Here’s what Callaway staffer Erik Van Rooyen used today to win on the European Tour:

He ranked 4th in the field in driving accuracy for the week, hitting 84.6% of fairways with his Epic Flash Driver. Epic Flash continues to be the #1 selling driver model in the U.S., and its success on Tour has helped Callaway become the #1 driver brand across the major worldwide Tours in 2019.

Stroke Lab has helped Odyssey dominate as the #1 Putter brand on the PGA Tour and EVERY major worldwide Tour in 2019. And our innovative multi-material Stroke Lab Shaft is designed to help improve the tempo and consistency of a player’s stroke.

Epic Flash Wins On Four Tours

It’s a big day for our Epic Flash Drivers. In addition to Van Rooyen’s win on the European Tour and Xander in contention at the Tour Championship, an Epic Flash Sub Zero Driver won on thteLPGA Tour, and Epic Flash also won on the Japan Tour and Kerry Ferry Tour. Epic Flash is the #1 driver model by far this year on the LPGA Tour and most of the players who are using it are non-staffers who use it simply based on performance.

Odyssey Sweeps FedExCup Playoff Putter Count

Odyssey is the #1 Putter on the PGA Tour and EVERY major worldwide Tour this year, and it’s the #1 Putter this week at the Tour Championship. That makes Odyssey a perfect 3-for-3 in FedExCup Playoff putter counts, and we continue to have more worldwide wins (by far) than any other putter brand this year. We also were the #1 Putter at every major in 2019.
