(Chessington, UK – January 23, 2023) Jon Rahm secured his second PGA Tour win of the season at The American Express, as Callaway Staffers made it three-in-a-row for the newly launched Paradym Driver.

It was Jon’s ninth PGA Tour title playing PGA West’s Stadium Course and the Spanish star’s stellar run of form has now seen him win four of his last six starts.

The world #3 won the season-opening Sentry Tournament of Champions in Hawaii on his first outing with his new Driver and Fairway Woods in the bag. Fellow Staffer Si Woo Kim then captured the Sony Open title just a week later.

At the beginning of the tournament, where Jon averaged 315 yards off the tee, he said of his new Paradym Driver: “The impact through the balI even when I mishit it is such a good feeling. I don’t know what the hell Callaway has done, but it feels amazing.”

Jon’s Paradym Triple Diamond Driver is a compact, 450cc shape designed for better players who want to work the ball. It’s the lowest spinning and lowest launching of three Paradym models, with a neutral ball flight. A 14g back weight can be positioned in the front for lower spin and maximum workability.

A 360° Carbon Chassis promotes unprecedented weight redistribution for maximised distance. The Triaxial Carbon Crown and Forged Carbon sole is 45% lighter than a titanium chassis. This massive weight saving is then repositioned for higher MOI and increased forgiveness.

Jon’s winning bag included a 10.5° Paradym Triple Diamond Driver, Paradym Fairway Wood (16°), Apex UT Iron (2-iron), Apex TCB Irons, JAWS Forged Wedges (52°, 56°, 60°), Chrome Soft X 22 Golf Ball and an Odyssey White Hot OG Rossie S Putter.

In addition to Jon’s victory, Staffer Xander Schauffele carded a final round 62 at La Quinta to finish T3 and Chris Kirk also posted a T3 finish (his 2nd top three in a row since joining Callaway at the beginning of the year) with Paradym in the bag.

All three players gamed Odyssey Putters – the #1 Putter in Golf – and the runner-up at The American Express also used a White Hot OG Putter.

Neil Howie, President and Managing Director of Callaway EMEA, commented: “#TeamCallaway, using our new Paradym Drivers, are on fire at the moment. To win the first three PGA Tour tournaments in 2023 is nothing short of spectacular and it is testament to the quality of our Staff Professionals and the ground-breaking products they are using.”
