(Chessington, UK – April 10, 2023) Callaway’s most successful driver launch on Tour ever gained Major pace at Augusta National when staffer Jon Rahm made it global win #15 for the new Paradym Driver.
Jon showcased a complete shift in performance to secure his second Major in dominant fashion, soaring back to #1 in the world rankings, helped by a driving average of 298.7 yards off the tee, and hitting 86% of fairways.
The 28-year-old combined a Paradym Triple Diamond Driver and Paradym Triple Diamond Fairway Wood with Apex TCB Irons, JAWS Raw Wedges, Chrome Soft X Golf Ball and Odyssey White Hot OG Rossie S Putter to lead the field in strokes gained off the tee.
Double Major Champion Jon has now won four times in 2023 with the Paradym Triple Diamond Driver, but it’s his latest victory that means the most to him.
“We all dream of things like this as players, and you try to visualise what it’s going to be like and what it’s going to feel like,” said Jon. “When I hit that third shot on the green, and I could tell it was close by the crowd’s reaction, just the wave of emotion of so many things just overtook me.
“Never thought I was going to cry by winning a golf tournament, but I got very close on that 18th hole. A lot of it because of what it means to me, and to Spanish golf: It’s Spain’s 10th major, fourth player to win the Masters, and my second major win. It’s pretty incredible.”
Paradym leads the PGA TOUR with eight driver wins since January, and five on the DP World Tour. It is also the most played driver family on both the LPGA and Champions Tours.
The White Hot OG Rossie S Putter has now been in his bag for both major wins and Odyssey continues to have the most Tour wins of any putter brand with 22 wins already across the globe
