Na is having a remarkable week on the greens with his Odysey Toulon Madison, leading the field in Strokes Gained Putting (+12.978 so far this week), and he made 445 feet of putts through the first three rounds. After his round on Saturday, he said, “I putted really well today…I just kept riding that momentum with the hot putter and it was a great day.” This is the same putter model he used to win at Colonial earlier this year, and his gamer features flowing bumpers that melt into the back flange. And the deep cross-hatch grooves on the face control sound and feel by channeling vibration, and the small groove inside each diamond pattern is designed to improve the quality of the roll.

Na has also played the Epic Flash Sub Zero Fairway Wood throughout the year, including in his win at Colonial, and he’s said that “it goes forever”. Epic Flash Fairway Woods also won today on the JGTO and on the LPGA.

Phil Mickelson Puts In New Odyssey Prototype Putter

This week at the Shriners Open in Las Vegas, Phil Mickelson put in a new Odyssey Prototype Putter. This new prototype features our innovative multi-material Stroke Lab shaft and a super-high MOI mallet design. Mickelson made 7 birdies with it on Thursday on the way to shooting 65, and after the round he said, “The first few putts I hit with this putter I noticed a real difference. It was more stable. What I found was from 6 feet in I was much more efficient. For me, a good putting round is making every putt inside six feet…I made every putt inside 6 or 8 feet (today).”

Odyssey Prototype Is Already The #1 Odyssey Model on Tour

Odyssey is the #1 Putter Brand this week in Las Vegas, and our new Prototype Putter is our #1 model at the event. 7 players (including Mickelson) are using this super-high MOI mallet prototype at the Shriners Open.

Mickelson Puts In Epic Forged Irons (4-6)

In addition to his new prototype putter, Mickelson also has new Epic Forged Irons (4-6) in the bag this week. These ultra-premium irons are developed using precision engineering and meticulous craftsmanship for incredible forged performance. It creates incredibly pure feel with great sound and turf interaction from a Forged 1025 Carbon Steel Body. For the first time, we’ve implemented our Tungsten Energy Core in a forged iron, which suspends the custom tungsten weight using our Urethane Microspheres, allowing us to precisely position the Center of Gravity. And these irons feature our 360 Face Cup for fast ball speeds, and Spin Control VFT for consistent distance in the mid and long irons.

Grace Playing JAWS MD5 Wedges

JAWS MD5 officially launched on Tour last week and it was our biggest Tour wedge launch ever. Francesco Molinari, Henrik Stenson, Marc Leishman, and Si-Woo Kim are all among the long list of players who have JAWS MD5 in the bag, and this week Branden Grace is using them (52*, 56*, and 60*) for the Shriners Open. He first put them in play last week on the European Tour.

Crafted by Callaway Chief Designer Roger Cleveland, JAWS MD5 is designed to create the most aggressive grooves in golf, led by a new JAWS groove design with innovative Groove-in-Groove Technology for exceptional spin. The JAWS groove utilizes an extremely sharp edge radius that works with our proven Groove-in-Groove Technology to impart more spin for precise control.

#1 Driver Across The Major Worldwide Tours

Once again, Callaway is the #1 Driver brand across the major worldwide Tours this week (by far), and it’s led by the popularity for Epic Flash. Callaway continues to be the #1 Driver Brand across the major Tours (by far) in 2019.
