– Spanish Staffer Pablo Larrazábal takes his second victory of the season in front of home fans, as fellow Staff player Adrian Otaegui makes it a Callaway one-two –
(Chessington, UK – April 25, 2022) Callaway and Odyssey products dominated the leaderboard at the ISPS Handa Championship in Spain, with in-form Staffer Pablo Larrazábal holding off Adrian Otaegui to take his second win of the season, with both victories captured in his last five starts on the DP World Tour.
Pablo was in dominant form on home soil on the Lakes Course at Infinitum in Tarragona, carding nine birdies (including five in-a-row) in a stunning final round of 62.
Finishing the tournament on an impressive 15-under par, Pablo was one shot ahead of fellow countryman Otaegui, both men relying on a full bag of Callaway and Odyssey equipment.
It was the 38-year-old’s seventh DP World Tour title and his first in Spain, following his recent victory at the MyGolfLife Open hosted by Pecanwood in South Africa earlier in the season. Pablo’s latest win sees him rise to 4th in the DP World Tour Rankings.
Both Pablo and Adrian used the new Callaway Rogue ST Triple Diamond LS Driver, the lowest spinning model in the Rogue ST Family, with a neutral-to-fade bias in a compact 450cc head.

After his win, Pablo commented: “What a day. I knew that my golf was there. I knew that I had a low one in my bag and that’s what I did. Today I holed putts and that was key. I mean, to shoot 62 in windy conditions with the flags out there, it was good.
“I live 75 minutes up the road and it’s very special to win in Spain, in front of a few friends of mine, and obviously in front of my girlfriend and my brother. It may not be the most emotional win in my career, but it is certainly one of them.”
